Wheel Cleaning
When cleaning FLO Wheels, we recommend Dawn soap and water or acetone. Do not use oil based products like GooGone.
Optimize your tire pressure for your weight, riding surface, tire casing width, and internal rim width by using the tire pressure recommendation table below. The pressures listed are starting recommendations. We suggest experimenting with your tire pressure to find what is the fastest for you and the roads you ride. Remember, being slightly lower is better than being slightly higher.

Warranty Info
All wheels ship with a 2-year limited warranty. We want you to feel comfortable with your purchase. Please contact us if you have any issues with your wheels. If your wheels have material defects or issues with the workmanship we will take care of the problem. Issues such as misuse, crashes, or explosion of a wheel from compressor inflation are not covered. In the event you damage your wheel outside of warranty, please reach out to us as we can normally find a way to get you back on the road.

The goal of lowering the rolling resistance for a cycling wheel is to make the wheel easier to roll. Rolling resistance occurs at the contact patch where your tire makes contact with the road surface. The higher the rolling resistance, the harder to move the bike forward, and the more watts wasted.
