Flo Cycling sells products around the world. We reserve the right to verify purchases by requesting ID verification. All sales are in USD and exchange rates applied will be the rates at the time of credit card authorization. Flo Cycling is not responsible for any import fees, duty or VAT associated with the products we ship. All international buyers will be deemed the importer of record.
Flo Cycling items are not for resale. Flo Cycling only sells and ships to end customers. Flo Cycling reserves the right to cancel or refuse your order if you are suspected of purchase for resale.
Flo Cycling allows you to make payments using any of the payment methods listed below.
Flo Cycling accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. During the checkout process Flo Cycling requires the three or four digit security code which, is printed on the back of your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover card. The security code is required for your security and helps protect against unauthorized use of your card.
Flo Cycling accepts cashier's checks and money orders as valid forms of payment. Personal or business checks are not accepted. In the event you wish to pay using a cashier's check or money order please contact us here and list the product you would like to order. We will follow up with an invoice for your review. The cashier's check or money order must be made payable to Flo Cycling LLC and include the invoice number from the invoice provided. Please mail your payment and a copy of your invoice to:

Flo Cycling charges sales tax based on your shipping address and the tax rate at the time the sale takes place. Residents of Nevada will be charged the Nevada state sales tax. All order shipped outside of Nevada will not pay sales tax.
Orders will be processed once authorization of payment and all information has been received. The estimated shipping date will depend on the product availability at the time authorization of payment has been received. Order processing takes place on all business days excluding holidays. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday.
Flo Cycling offers the following shipping options.
Items shipped FedEx Smart Post are estimated to be delivered in 5-10 business days.
Items shipped UPSP Priority are estimated to be delivered in 2-3 business days.
Items shipped UPSP Priority are estimated to be delivered in 1-2 business days.
If you would like to use an alternative shipping method inside of the U.S., please contact us after the sale.
Items shipped USPS Priority International are estimated to be delivered in 10-14 business days.
Items shipped USPS Priority International are estimated to be delivered in 7-10 business days.
Flo Cycling's aims to offer competitive pricing on Flo Cycling and third party products. Flo Cycling reserves the right to change prices which are displayed at the Flo Cycling store to correct pricing errors or for any other reason.
Flo Cycling focuses on shipping products in a timely manner once an order has been processed. Flo Cycling makes every effort to keep stock of all items on our site. However, at certain times due to product demand, stock may be unavailable. We will notify you if the delays will exceed five business days. At this time if you would like a refund please let us know and we will be happy to do so.
We understand the online shopping can leave you feeling uncertain about your decision. Flo Cycling has a 30-day return policy on unused products. If you are unhappy with your order or would like to exchange your items for something else, we will be happy to help you. To begin the Return or Exchange process please contact us. We will provide you with an RMA number via e-mail. Once you have received your RMA number, package up your items and write your RMA number on the outside of the box. Once received Flo Cycling will issue a refund for the purchase amount not including the shipping charge based on your original payment method, or exchange the merchandise. You will also be responsible for any shipping charges incurred during the return or exchange process. Current production model wheel returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Restocking fees for prior generation wheels will be assessed individually.
Please note Flo Cycling will not return or exchange the following products:
1) Used wheels or other products. Worn, or washed clothing. Please try clothing on for size and comfort and make a decision if you would like to keep it or return it for a refund or exchange.
Flo Cycling recommends that you use a carrier that offers order tracking for all returns. It is also recommended that you insure the package for the value of the items contained. If you do not decide to ship with order tracking and insurance Flo Cycling will not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items upon return.
